Fiat Motor Club GB announces new Italian event!
Published: 09/06/2024
Fiat Motor Club GB have announced their summer event ‘Fiats and Friends’ which is set to run on Saturday 3rd August at the British Motor Museum, Gaydon and tickets are now available for purchase through British Motor Museum’s website.
The event is being held to celebrate 125 years of FIAT and invites Italian car owners, admirers and everyone in-between to join them for the biggest celebration of the best thing to come out of Italy since pizza and pasta!
Whilst the event is led by Fiat Motor Club GB, the event is very much a celebration of Italian vehicles from all manufacturers. Every vehicle will be equally celebrated from super cars to iconic classics including imported treasure and modern motors; those of which keep Fiat in the hearts and minds of motorists today.
The event is open to single owners and clubs, with clubs encouraged to share the event with their members and to book space directly with the organising team by emailing hello@fiatsandfriends.co.uk by 20th July 2024.
Crucially unlike other Italian events held elsewhere, Fiats and Friends will welcome all car owners and will have a display area for ‘friends’ which will consist of non-Italian vehicles; ensuring the event has plenty on display for all attendees to admire.
The event also recognises the diversity of the car community and Fiat Motor Club GB are welcoming entries in all-condition vehicles; there’s no need to be in a shiny motor and project cars, daily drivers and vehicles with considerable patina are all urged to be part of this enormous celebration.
Recognising the importance of making the event as accessible to all car owners and admirers, the prices are £11 for exhibitor entry, £16 for visitor entry and £7 for children.
The price of the ticket includes both the event and access to the British Motor Museum, making it cheaper to attend than a standard non-event day at the museum.
"We are delighted to celebrate 125 years of one of Europe’s most longstanding and easily recognisable automotive brands. We hope this event will bring together Italian car fanatics and owners from all over the UK (and beyond!) and we also welcome our friends in other car clubs to join us in our non-Italian display area. It really is the case of the more the merrier!" says the Fiat Motor Club GB.
The event is being organised for Fiat Motor Club GB by PRL Events, the events company who were part of the successful team behind spring’s smash hit event ‘Rustival’. The event professionals predict the event will bring over 1,000 vehicles to Gaydon in celebration and advise early booking to avoid missing out.
