Established in the 1970s, Orson Equipment is now the foremost designer, manufacturer and supplier of Rudge Whitworth splined hubs and knock-off spinners for a wide range of classic marques.

From those early days Orson has grown and can now boast to have manufactured parts for over 100 makes and models of cars, from early Edwardian to more recent models.

Formed to meet the demand for aftermarket spares for the British car market operating on wire wheels, Orson Equipment has an international reputation for uncompromising quality, with workmanship that offers value for money.

We take pride in being a British manufacturer and specialist engineers, with all our parts made in our 5,000 sq/ft factory, in the heart of the Midlands engineering. With our warehouse and offices based in the heart of the West Midlands close to the M5 & M6 motorways, we are also a ISO9001:2015 accredited and a Moog Aerospace approved supplier.

Primarily we design, manufacture and stock parts for most makes of classic/vintage cars specialising in Hubs and Spinners, although we have the facility to make a wider range of products such as Brake Drums, Brake Discs, Half Shafts, Wheel Spacers, Stub Axles for many of the Classic and Vintage Marques.

We cover names including Jaguar, MG, Aston Martin, Triumph, Singer, Bugatti, Alfa Romeo, AC, Alvis, Volvo, Morgan, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Vauxhall, Frazer Nash, Allard, Delahaye, Invicta, Lagonda, Jensen, Rover and many more.

Orson Equipment are privileged to hold a license from Jaguar Land Rover for the production and supply of Jaguar Knock on Spinners (C1102/C1103) and Jaguar Oil Filler Caps (C1022). 

• Spinners - Made to premium quality and standard using CZ115 aluminium bronze, our spinners are also chromed to a high quality finish. We offer 2 ear, 3 ear, octagonal and open centre spinners either plain or including a logo.
• Hubs - Orson Equipment is the foremost designer, manufacturer and supplier of wire wheel hubs for a wide range of classic and vintage marques. Made to a premium quality and standard by ourselves in house, our hubs are used and sent all across the world for even the rarest of classic and vintage cars.
• Halfshafts - Made to suit various classic and vintage vehicles. Like our spinners and hubs, our halfshafts are also manufactured by us in house to a high quality standard and finish. 
• Brake Drums - Orson Equipment supplies a wide range of brake drums for a number of classic and vintage vehicles. Whether your vehicle is fitted with steel wheels or wire wheels, we can assist in supplying drums for any setup. 
• Stub Axles - We manufacture and supply a wide range of stub axles for a number of classic and vintage vehicles. As with our other products, they are manufactured in house by ourselves to a very high standard and finish. 
• Motorsport - At Orson Equipment, we manufacture and supply uprated hubs for motorsport applications. Made in house using a higher grade steel, our uprated hubs are used by motorsport teams across the world for racing, rallying and many more motorsports.  We can cater for classic and vintage vehicles used in racing, rallying and other motorsports. Whether you’re wanting to change the overall wheel width of your vehicle, or are converting a vehicle for motorsport use, Orson Equipment can advise on which hubs would be suitable for you. Models we have covered in the past include E-Type, Lightweight E-Type, XK120/140/150, MGB, Ferrari, AC Cobra and many more.
