Support Drive it Day - still time to buy!

The date of this year’s Drive it Day fundraiser for Childline® – Sunday 23 April 2023 – is rapidly approaching, meaning that time is running out for you to buy your fundraising plate.

As this is a fundraising initiative, we are still selling and sending plates, right up until all orders received by 3pm on FRIDAY 21 APRIL.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail's 24-hour service, which are normally delivered next day (Monday to Saturday) to most mainland UK addresses, however this is not a guaranteed service.

Drive it Day is the annual day when historic vehicle enthusiasts and the public at large have the opportunity to celebrate the ‘One Thousand Mile Trial’ organised in 1900 to prove the viability of the new invention, the motor vehicle.

It’s also a chance to raise awareness and support amongst the public for the historic vehicle movement and keeping transport heritage on UK roads.

Better still, it raises vital funds for Childline®  - Yesterday’s vehicles, supporting today’s children.
