Corporate Open Day to celebrate British Motor Museum’s return to the Conference Market

The British Motor Museum is celebrating its return to the conference market with two Open Days. Following a four-year absence from the conference market and a £2million refurbishment of its MICE facilities, the Conference Team are inviting businesses that have a requirement for meetings, exhibitions, corporate dinners or outdoor events to come and look at what’s new. Corporate clients are invited on Friday 1 November, whilst Event Booking Agents are invited on Saturday 2 November. 

The Open Day will allow guests to see the venues unique facilities which will be staged for a variety of different event options by event partners, Showman Event Support and Brightvision Events. In addition guests can sample some flavoursome food and enjoy a glass of fizz in the new Sky Suite whilst meeting the Conference Team to discuss how they can help businesses create the best experience for delegates. There will also be the opportunity to ride in a classic car and visit the Museum.

During its four-year absence from the conference market the spaces were used exclusively by neighbours, Jaguar Land Rover. In this time the company rebranded from the Heritage Motor Centre and underwent an extensive refurbishment programme which includes its new look, re-named roof top room, ‘The Sky Suite’ for up to 200 theatre-style and 250 for dining.  This features stunning panoramic views over the Warwickshire countryside and a private roof terrace has been added to further enhance event options.  

The ‘Conference Suite’, seats up to 600 theatre style, and the ‘Lecture Suite’, seats up to 200 theatre style, both of which have been refurbished.  Additional doors have been installed into the Lecture Suite to provide a second suite with vehicular access. The flexible room arrangements offer 2,000 sqm of internal exhibition space which includes a 680 sqm Exhibition Gallery with an additional 20 rooms for smaller meetings seating up to 50 delegates.   Set in 65 acres, with 2 outdoor arenas and extensive car parking, the external event space is licensed for up to 5,000 visitors making the British Motor Museum a unique environment for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, events and product launches.
