Cambridge & Counties Bank - An update on our operations

At this challenging time, we would like to reassure you that we are here to support you and we wanted to give you an update on how we are continuing to adapt to the ongoing situation in relation to COVID-19.
We are monitoring and adhering to the guidance set by the UK Government and Public Health England. Our processes and robust IT infrastructure are regularly tested, which means we are well equipped for all our staff to work from home and we remain firmly open for business. Our colleagues across the country are working very hard to deliver the service and high levels of customer satisfaction that you have become accustomed to, as we follow rules on social distancing.
As you may expect, we are currently receiving a higher number of calls and emails so please bear with us if we take a little longer to respond than usual. As our team are also helping you from different locations, please forgive the occasional interruption by a small person or furry friend! We really appreciate your understanding during this time.

Post – Mail posted to us may take a little longer to reach us and be actioned, therefore wherever possible please email all correspondence and documentation to us.
Online Servicing – You can send us secure messages via your online servicing account, and we will action these in the usual way.
