Austin Seven Chummy up for Raffle

Published: 24/11/2022

Tamar Historic Transport Club have contacted the Federation to alert us to an Austin Seven Cummy which is up for raffle!

The Tamar Historic Transport Club were contacted by Rosalind at Treburley Garage about this Austin seven, which is currently up for raffle at £10 per ticket!

The car in question has been on one of the greatest adventures ever undertaken with a car of this type and age, actually driving from Alaska to Tiarra del Fuego on the southern tip of South America. This was a journey of some 25,000 miles and they (Guy Butcher and Eunice Kratky ) were put in danger a few times. There is now a book for sale which chronicles this journey.

The main point is the raffle, you will be able to see the car at Treburly garage on the 3rd December from 9.00 am until midday. You will also be able to purchase tickets and the book describing the journey.

You can find out much more by visiting www.bespk.com.

The vehicle has passed an MoT and is currently running well and is all ready for it's new owners.
