FBHVC is well aware that the subject of ethanol in fuel is causing considerable concern for large numbers of historic vehicle owners. FBHVC’s fuel experts have been studying the subject for several years and have done an immense amount of work reviewing the science on corrosion and compatibility issues. The next stages are to test anti-corrosion additives and for an independent expert to review the science on the ethanol’s effect on the combustion process.
