The FBHVC has appointed Roger Wrapson as the new director of communications. Roger has for some years been press and public relations officer for the Riley Register and acts as occasional race commentator for the Vintage Sports Car Club and the Circuit des Remparts in Angoulême.
FBHVC chairman, Chris Cunnington, says: “Roger’s appointment strengthens our already strong management team and will enable the Federation to further improve its profile within the historic vehicle movement which will face a number of significant challenges over the next few years.”
Roger Wrapson recently retired from a position as senior manager of the Road Haulage Association Ltd where he worked on a number of key projects with several government departments in the UK and with the European Commission. He is an author, broadcaster, historical researcher and transport consultant.
